Hi guys. Hope everyone is keeping healthy and staying at home. This is a new experience for all of us and we have to make the best of it. For this months meal plan I shopped my freezer, fridge and pantry and only went out once to buy the ingredients that I was missing and some fresh fruits and veggies. I am using a lot of can produce as well as frozen. I almost never buy canned veggies even for my tomato sauce I use fresh ingredients. But we can all ajust and make the best of it.
