Skin Care for Dry Skin

It feels like Winter should be nearing an end but here in Ontario it is just picking up. We have had the coldest weather in last couple of weeks and with that came dry skin. No let me correct my self super dry skin. It always happens but every year it seems it is worse that the year before. Over on youtube I share a video on what type of skin care products I use and you can watch it here

My go to skin care for dry skin List:

For cleansing I use CeraV – this is a very moisturizing and hydrating cleaners that does not leave your skin feeling super tight

After I cleanse in the morning I follow with Wakeup Mist– I like to believe that this gives my face a morning lift with nursing skin vitamins

Once the mist had a change to absorb into my skin I follow with an oil. I do this every other day during winter months. The nursing oil that I use is by Fresh – SEABERRY SKIN NUTRITION BOOSTER. I love this product. I don’t know what it is about it but my skin loves it.

I don’t wait for this product to soak in before I apply Emulsion. The one I use is by Laneige for dry skin

For my eyes in the mornings I use Origins Ginzing Eye Cream. I love this eye cream.

Last thing that I put on in the morning is my face moisturizer. The one I am loving at the moment is FRESHLotus Youth Preserve Moisturizer

At night time I follow with the same cleanser and Emulsion. I do not add oil to my face or the wake up mist. However before I add anything and after I cleanse I use a toner. The toner I use is by Fresh – Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner. This is a great toner and its very hydrating.

For eyes I use another Origins eye cream but this time I use Eye Doctor™ Moisture Care For Skin Around Eyes

Last thing that I apply and love is my face moisturize. This is by far the best moisturizer I have ever used. Its again by Fresh and its Black Tea Corset Cream Firming Moisturizer It is a bit on an expensive side but so worth it.

These are the product combinations that I have found that work really well for me. Remember everyones skin is different and you need to find the products that work for you. Hopefully I helped with some product ideas.

Happy Reading.
