Homemade Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, maple syrup, salt, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Mix well until fully combined, but don’t overwork the meat.
